Bulk Waste & Yard Waste

The City of Pembroke Pines provides residential Bulk and Yard Waste collection through Eastern Waste Systems (EWS). To ensure timely and safe collection, residents must follow the guidelines below.

Service Overview

  • Bulk and Yard Waste collection is provided on your regularly scheduled bulk pickup day, twice per month.
  • Collection is limited to 10 cubic yards per residential unit, per pickup (about the size of a standard 10-yard dumpster).
  • Bulk trash and yard waste may be mixed together in the same pile.
  • Loose items such as leaves or small branches must be bagged, tied, or bundled to prevent spillage and litter.
  • Items must be placed curbside before 7:00 a.m. on your designated collection day.
