La Cocina de Mamá

As part of our celebration of Hispanic Heritage, we’re excited to introduce "La Cocina de Mamá” an interactive kitchen space where tradition comes alive! Inspired by cherished memories of cooking alongside our mothers and tías, this hands-on area invites children to step into a legacy kitchen filled with love, culture, and flavor. Using colorful Imusa kitchen tools, kids will learn how to “cook” beloved household favorites like empanadas, arepas, tamales, and more — all through creative play using play dough and child-safe utensils. Moms, grandmas, and tías will guide the way, passing down stories, traditions, and techniques just like they’ve done for generations. It’s more than an activity — it’s a celebration of culture, family, and the recipes that bring us together.

Presented by IMUSA.
