Yes, a building permit is required to install a temporary banner. Temporary Banners are limited to 32 square feet and if located in a shopping center, must comply with the shopping center design criteria. Businesses may apply for banners for the following circumstances: 1. Coming Soon, 2. Grand Opening, 3. Special Events and 4. Temporary business identification. You must apply for building permits in order to construct an addition to your house. Existing house and addition(s), generally, cannot exceed 40% of the plot size, must meet required yard setbacks, height(s) and Finished Floor Elevation(s) for the specific Zoning District.Planning & Zoning

City Code mandates that no more than one recreational vehicle can be parked or stored upon residentially zoned property within not less than seven feet from the front property line. Certain income and eligibility requirements apply to these programs. CRA of Florida is the contract City Administrator for Housing programs at the City. A Uniform Sign Plan is a regulatory document for signs within a shopping center created by the owner and/or management company of that center. New tenant signage must comply with the Uniform Sign Plan requirements within each center. The project manager will receive comments from each discipline in the time allowed by the review process.
