A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $1500.00 as well as the signed contract agreement secures your date and space. Once this is received and posted, an account is set up.

A minimum of 50 guests is required for all served events A minimum of 75 guests is required for all buffet events A maximum of 180 guests can be accommodated

There is a setup fee of $750.00 for the ceremony; the fee will include columns for centerpieces, chairs and the use of our ceremony room for 30 minutes prior to the reception.

Pembroke Lakes Country Club will not permit the affixing of decorations to the walls, floor, or ceiling of rooms with nails, staples, tape, or any other substance that does not meet with the fire department regulations and the approval of the clubhouse manager

Yes. A free standing microphone is available at no charge.

Typically two hours prior to the start of your event.

Pembroke Lakes Country Club provides your choice of white or ivory floor length linen with your choice of several different napkin colors. Any other linen can be rented for a surcharge.

Yes, you are welcome to use your own vendors. We are happy to provide you with our preferred vendor list whom we recommend highly and are familiar with the Pembroke Lakes Country Club.

60” Round Tables for 8 to 10 people and a 72” Table for 10 to 12 people.

Yes. For a sit down dinner, it must be a pre-determined choice and the higher price for both choices will apply.

Yes, you have the option of extending the time of the reception with or without the bar. Without the bar, it will be $6.00++ per person based on original numbers. With the bar, it will be $8.00++ for club brand liquors, $9.00++ for call brand liquors and $10.00++ for premium brand liquors.

Yes. After a deposit is received we will set up a time that is convenient with you and our staff.
