What is a Uniform Sign Plan?
A Uniform Sign Plan is a regulatory document for signs within a shopping center created by the owner and/or management company of that center. New tenant signage must comply with the Uniform Sign Plan requirements within each center. Tenants will not receive sign permits if their center does not have an updated Uniform Sign Plan.
