Pembroke Pines, FL (November 22, 2019) – Thousands of Pembroke Pines residents, friends and guests were in attendance as families came together for the fifth annual “Raising Positive Children Forum” at the Charles F. Dodge City Center, located at 601 City Center Way in Pembroke Pines. Hosted by Pembroke Pines Vice Mayor Iris A.
