Pembroke Pines, FL (October 9, 2019) -  Please join The City of Pembroke Pines for the Annual Veterans Day Ceremony at the Pembroke Pines Memorial Park, located at 601 City Center Way in Pembroke Pines on Monday, November 11, 2019 from noon until 2:00 p.m.  The event is free and everybody is cordially invited to attend.  A light lunch will be served upon conclusion of the ceremony.   
 
The observance honors men and women of the United States Military, both past and present that bravely served in the United States Armed Forces.  The program will include the presentation of colors by the Pembroke Pines Police and Fire Department Honor Guards, guest speakers from multiple US Military Services, comments from City Officials and performances by local school singers and bands.
 
Additionally, Commemorative bricks paying tribute to the United States Military Veterans and loved ones will be available for purchase.  You can leave a personal message on each brick for the one that holds a special place in your heart. The bricks are mounted at the base of the Pembroke Pines Veterans Memorial.
