Helping the Bahamas Recover
Pembroke Pines, FL (September 3, 2019) -- Effective Wednesday, September 4, 2019, all Pembroke Pines Fire Stations, the Charles F. Dodge City Center, and the Carl Shechter Southwest Focal Point Community Center will be drop off sites for donations to help the Bahamas.
Donations can be dropped of at City Center, located at 601 City Center Way, and the SWFP Community Center, located at 301 NW 103 Ave., from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning Wednesday, and any Monday through Thursday. They can be dropped off at the Pembroke Pines Fire Stations from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. any day of the week beginning Wednesday, September 4th.

Items needed include:
- Water
- Canned goods
- Can openers
- Mosquito spray
- Diapers and baby formula
- Toiletries such as deodorant, shampoo, toothpaste/brushes
- First aid items
- Flashlights
- Batteries
