Pembroke Pines Military Mother Returns Home
To Surprise Children


Pembroke Pines, Fl (June 3 2019) - SFC Janelle Castillero, who was stationed in Kuwait for a year, surprised her daughter Azana in Kindergarten at Pembroke Pines Charter School Central Campus this past Friday located at 12350 Sheridan Street in Pembroke Pines, Florida.  She then went to surprise her daughter Azala in 7th grade. The City of Pembroke Pines Mayor and Commissioners were on hand for the touching reunions.  Thanks to Principal Sean Chance, teachers and staff, SFC Castillero was able to give her daughters one of the best gifts ever.
The joyful moment drew applause from staff and students.  It was captured on video and posted on the city’s facebook page.
