Pembroke Pines, FL – (May 23, 2019) The City of Pembroke Pines Parks, Recreation and Cultural Arts Department welcomes the local community to enjoy a Free Movie Night Under the Stars on Saturday, June 22, 2019 from 7:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. on the plaza, at the Charles F. Dodge City Center located at 601 City Center Way in Pembroke Pines.
While enjoying the outdoors, there is plenty of room for residents and guests to spread a blanket, set up both folding and lawn chairs and experience a free outdoor screening of Disney’s The Lion King, hosted by the Frank Art Gallery. For one night only, seating will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Complimentary popcorn will be provided for everyone in attendance. Additional refreshments and snacks will also be available for purchase. All Children must be supervised.
The Frank Art Gallery opened on April 27, 2017. It is a preeminent exhibition and learning area dedicated to creating a cultural atmosphere to promote connections and community engagement.
