Pembroke Pines, FL (April 11, 2019) – Do you have what it takes to win on Deal or no Deal? Now is your chance as the local community is invited to Pembroke Pines fundraising version of the popular game show “Can We Make A Deal?” benefiting Relay for Life, in conjunction with the American Cancer Society, on Friday, May 3, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at the Susan B. Katz’s River of Grass ArtsPark Theater, located at 17189 Sheridan Street in Pembroke Pines. The event is based on the hit television game show “Deal or No Deal,” where contestants try to “beat the banker” with the assistance of host Howie Mandell. In the city’s version, Mayor Frank C. Ortis will host this exciting and entertaining evening.
Tickets are currently on sale for $10 each and can be purchased at the Pembroke Lakes Tennis Center located at 10500 Taft Street in Pembroke Pines or at www.ppines.com/CanWeMakeADeal by simply clicking Donate, Other Amount and $10 for every ticket ordered. On the night of the event, each person who purchased a ticket (must have a ticket or show online receipt to enter) will receive one chance to be on the show. Additional raffle tickets will be sold at the door for additional chances.
Simple rules of the game will be explained at the event. However, to play, three tickets will be pulled for the three players of the game, which is played just like “Deal or No Deal.” At the conclusion of the game, when the contestant presses the Deal button, his or her score is kept. After the last of the 3 participants plays, the player with the highest score picks first from three fabulous prize packages. Some of the prizes include a 50” 4K HDMI Television, 3 burner Gas Grill, a work bench, Hover board and a Day trip for 2 to Bimini. Lastly, in between each game, there will also be raffle drawings with the same tickets for additional chances to win a prize. Participants must be present to win.
