Pembroke Pines, FL (April 10, 2019) – Attention to parents looking for a quality early childhood learning program.  They needn’t look further… the City of Pembroke Pines Early Development Center (EDC) Bright Beginnings Preschool, located at 901 NW 129^th Avenue in Pembroke Pines (Next to WCY middle school), is currently taking registration for the 2019-2020 school year.
 
Bright Beginnings offers a wide array of hands-on activities and educational skills that align with the curriculum.  At Bright Beginnings, sensory engagement is an integral part of the weekly routine.  When planning for the week, teachers integrate different types of sensory experiences for the children in their classroom.
 
From birth through early childhood, children use their senses such as taste, smell, touch, seeing, moving and hearing to explore and try to make logic of the world around them.  Sensory play contributes to language development, cognitive growth, problem solving skills and social interaction.
