Pembroke Pines, FL (September 26, 2018) - Pembroke Pines residents are invited to enjoy “Coffee with the Mayor” as a part of Florida City Government Week on Wednesday, October 24, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. in the Lobby of the City of Pembroke Pines Charles F. Dodge City Center, located at 601 City Center Way. Florida City Government Week 2018 will take place October 22-28. Join the City of Pembroke Pines in showcasing, celebrating and engaging citizens in the work of municipal government.
Florida City Government Week, sponsored by the Florida League of Cities, is a time to identify the important role played by city government in the lives of its citizens. The League is designed to fulfill and serve the needs of Florida’s cities and their citizens. Florida City Government Week is part of a continuous effort to raise public awareness about the services that cities perform and to educate the public on how city government works.
