Coffee & Create
Unlimited Coffee…that’s right! Come enjoy endless amounts of coffee, create a work of art and make new friends at the Coffee & Create class on Wednesday, October 10th from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. at Studio 18 in the Pines located at 1101 Poinciana Drive in Pembroke Pines. Cost is $10 per student and materials are included. Registration begins on September 1st and concludes on October 8th. Participants must be at least 18 years of age to take part and space is limited. Mosaic Tile with Alicia
Let your passion run wild and produce mosaic art with Alicia. As a student in this class you will cut glass and ceramics to create mosaic art. This art class is designed for both beginners and intermediate students. Classes are limited to 10 students to allow maximum instructor/ student interaction in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Classes are offered on Tuesdays from 10:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at Studio 18 in the Pines located at 1101 Poinciana Drive in Pembroke Pines. The fee is $100 for Pembroke Pines residents, which includes 4 classes, with a $20 material fee. Non-Residents of Pembroke Pines pay a fee of $125. Life Drawing
The Life Drawing class is held on the last Thursday of every month from 7 p.m.– 9 p.m. at Studio 18 in the Pines, located at 1101 Poinciana Drive in Pembroke Pines. This is your opportunity to create your own art inspired by a live model. A drawing board and easel is provided to you. Don’t miss out on the Life Drawing Class. Mixed Media & Visual Art
Use your imagination and learn contemporary art on Tuesdays from 3:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 12:30 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. These classes will begin with an introduction to the history of contemporary art. Each student will design a piece of artwork incorporating the concepts and techniques discussed in class. Classes are limited to 12 students. Pembroke Pines residents pay a $100 class fee with an additional $20 material fee. $125 for non-residents of Pembroke Pines with the same $20 material fee. Introduction to Oil Painting
Learn to Oil Paint on Tuesdays or Saturdays at Studio 18 in the Pines from 10 a.m. –12:30 p.m. The Mona Lisa is the most popular, visited and famous work of art in the entire world. The Mona Lisa is an oil painting…perhaps you can produce the next! No previous art experience is necessary. The cost is $100 per person plus a $10 material fee for Pembroke Pines residents and $125 with the same $10 material fee for non-residents.
