Pembroke Pines Kids May Register for the
Eighth Annual Mayor’s Kids’ Day On June 5, 2017

A fun filled day of free samples and surprises compliments of Pembroke Pines businesses, plus a dance party!

Pembroke Pines, FL.. May 17, 2017….. On June 5, 2017, Pembroke Pines kids 15 and younger are invited to begin registering for the Eighth Annual City of Pembroke Pines Mayor’s Kids’ Day. The free fun filled day begins at 7:00 a.m. on Friday, June 16, 2017 and concludes at 9:00 p.m.  Participating businesses will give registered/ wristband wearing kids, food samples, coupons or discounts.  At 12:30 p.m. wristband wearing kids will enjoy a free lunch with Mayor Ortis, plus cake, games, a dance party, visits with mascots, and prizes at the Pembroke Pines Charter High School 17189 Sheridan Street.
Pembroke Pines Kids may begin registering for Mayor’s Kids’ Day beginning June 5, 2017 at the following locations: 

  • Rose Price Park 901 NW 208th Avenue
  • TownGate Park 901 NW 155 Avenue
  • Pembroke Lakes Tennis Center 10500 Taft Street
  • Pines Recreation Center 7400 Pines Boulevard

“Kids love Mayor’s Kids’ Day, and Mayor Ortis loves when the children of Pembroke Pines enjoy themselves in our city,” said Francie Novo, Special Events Coordinator for the City of Pembroke Pines. “This is one of the best events that our city has for kids and you determine how much or how little fun you want to have. Nearly eighty businesses are participating. Mayor’s Kids’ Day will be a memory making summer day for Pembroke Pines Kids!”
