15th Annual 

National Kids to Parks Day 

Pembroke Pines, FL (April 16, 2025) – The City of Pembroke Pines is celebrating the 15th Annual National Kids to Parks Day by holding free tennis and swimming activities at several parks around the city on Saturday, May 17, 2025 from 9 AM to Noon. Tennis activities are being held at the Pembroke Lakes Tennis Center, located at 10500 Taft Street. Free swimming will be held at Towngate pool, located at 901 NW 155th Ave, Rose Price Park, located at 901 NW 208th Ave, and Pembroke Lakes Pool, located at 10500 Taft Street.

Kids to Parks Day is a nationwide day of outdoor play organized by the National Park Trust (NPT) in cooperation with many local and national collaborators. The City of Pembroke Pines and the NPT encourage all children and their families to explore neighborhood parks and discover the nature and science around them. This day is always hosted on the third Saturday of May as a national day of outdoor play.
