City of Pembroke Pines Summer Tennis Camp

Registration Begins April 3rd

Pembroke Pines, FL (March 20, 2023) – Registration begins for the City of Pembroke Pines Recreation and Cultural Arts Department’s Summer Tennis Camp on Monday, April 3, 2023. The camp will take place at the Pembroke Lakes Tennis Center, located at 10500 Taft Street.

The camp will be held in nine one-week sessions, for full-day and/or half-day campers, beginning on Monday, June 12, 2023 and ending on Friday, August 11, 2023. Space is limited.

U.S.T.A. Certified Instructors teach camp, and camp is open to non-residents at no additional fee. Campers opting for lunch provided by Club 19 may order from the pre-set lunch menu. A pool fun time is available for campers who have passed the American Red Cross Level II Swim Test (must present card at registration) or who wear a swim jacket. Campers are required to bring tennis shoes, tennis racket, swimsuit, sunscreen, water, snacks and lunch. Camp fees are listed below, with an activity schedule for the full-day and half-day camps.

Full Day Tennis Camp for children ages 6-14: ($200.00 per week)

Arrival (8-9 a.m.), Tennis (9 a.m.-Noon), Lunch Break (Noon-1 p.m.), Tennis (1-3 p.m.), Pool (3-5 p.m.), Dismissal (5-6 p.m.)

Half Day Tennis Camp for children ages 6-14: ($150.00 per week)

Arrival (8-9 a.m.), Tennis (9 a.m.-Noon), Lunch Break (Noon-1 p.m.)
