Pembroke Pines, FL (December 6, 2021) - Thousands were in attendance as Pembroke Pines residents came together to bring in the holiday season and enjoy the annual Christmas event, Snowfest, sponsored by Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, American Pediatric Dental Group and Naidu Orthodontics. The event was held on the plaza at the Charles F. Dodge City Center, located at 601 City Center Way in Pembroke Pines.
The December 4, 2021 festivities included 75 tons of snow to play in, an appearance by Santa Claus himself, musical performances, bounce houses, an ugly sweater contest, tree lighting ceremony and many more fun activities that occurred during the 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. event.
Families and friends, dressed in their Christmas colors of red, white, green and other holiday attire, relaxed on lounge chairs and benches throughout the late afternoon and early evening to enjoy the wide assortment of entertainment provided by the City of Pembroke Pines.
Lastly, visitors had an opportunity to satisfy their taste buds and sweet tooth by enjoying the many food and drink delicacies that were available to them from both the Food Truck Invasion and concession stands.
