Pembroke Pines, FL (September 15, 2021) – Hosted by the City of Pembroke Pines Recreation and Cultural Arts Department, the City’s Annual “Boo-ville” is taking place on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. at the Charles F. Dodge City Center located at 601 City Center Way in Pembroke Pines.
Boo-Ville is Open to Pembroke Pines Residents Only! Tickets to Boo-Ville are FREE and required for entry but need to be picked up in person with proof of residency prior to the event. Ticket availability is limited and on a first come, first served basis. The tickets will be available while supplies last at Pembroke Lakes Tennis Center, located at 10500 Taft Street, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am-8:00pm and Saturday and Sunday between 9:00am-5:00pm. Additionally, parking for the event is free.
With trick or treating and surprises at every turn, Boo-Ville is a Halloween Spooktacular event that’s fun for boys and girls of all ages. Residents of Pembroke Pines can show off their best Halloween costumes while having a fun time. The first 1,000 children will be treated to pre-made goody bags.
New this year, the Halloween party will host a Live Band and dance party where visitors can Boo-gie to Halloween hits like Thriller, Monster Mash and Ghostbusters. Roaming Monsters (judges) will capture the best dancers and costumes on the Giant TV Screens and award prizes throughout the night.
Concessions will be available for purchase. A reminder please, that no pets are allowed on the plaza and inside city center. Furthermore, all little ghosts must be accompanied by an adult.
Lastly, As the COVID-19 pandemic continues in the state of Florida, The City of Pembroke Pines requires the wearing of facemasks and social distancing inside the Charles F. Dodge City Center.
