In order for the City of Pembroke Pines to enter private property for the purpose of debris removal and demolition disaster assistance, property owners and/or their authorized agents must sign the attached right of entry and indemnification agreement. Please read this carefully. The person signing the attachment must have the authority to bind the association. A fully executed copy of the attachment must be returned to the City prior to the commencement of any work. Please be advised that signing and returning this form to the City does not guarantee that the City will be able to remove debris from your property.
