[ARCHIVED] Mayor's Kids Day

Mayors-Kids-Day-Save-Date-Ad 2019

The 10th Annual Mayor’s Kids Day Event will take place on Friday, June 21, 2019. The event takes place in the City of Pembroke Pines. On this day Mayor Ortis honors our youngest residents by offering a “fun filled” day which includes businesses and establishments that will offer free services, products or samples to those children who have pre-registered and are wearing a Mayor’s Kids’ Day Wristband.

The event works as follows: each child will receive a wristband from the Recreation and Cultural Arts Department from designated locations throughout the city prior to the event day. Then following a set schedule, businesses that have signed up will open their doors at the designated time of their choosing to those wearing the wristbands. The list of participating businesses will be posted on the city’s website.  All participants must be Pembroke Pines Residents and visit one of the locations prior to the event day to receive their free wristbands.
