As part of International Overdoes Awareness Day, there will be a FedUP! Local Rally (for a federal response to the opioid epidemic) held in the City of Pembroke Pines at the Charles F. Dodge City Center, located at 601 City Center Way, on Friday, August 31, 2018 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Everyone is encouraged to attend this free event and visit community booths and resources beginning at 7 p.m. in the Center's Lobby. There will then be Speaker Presentations beginning at 8 p.m. and a Candle Light Vigil in front of the Center to close. Guests are welcome to bring photos of their loved ones lost due to addiction.
