Pursuant to §163.08, Florida Statutes, the following Property Assessed Clean Energy Programs (PACE) have been authorized by Resolution to offer their services within the City of Pembroke Pines to provide financing for energy conservation and efficiency, renewable energy,wind resistance , and other improvements to provide financing for energy conservation and efficiency, renewable energy,wind resistance , and other improvements that are not inconsistent with state law. that are not inconsistent with state law.
