Music meets flavor at the City of Pembroke Pines newest free concert series “Beats and Bites” being held once a month on a Thursday evening from 7 pm to 9 pm at the Charles F. Dodge City Center Plaza, located at 601 City Center Way. On Thursday, December 18, 2025, the Plaza will be transformed into an outdoor stage filled with energy and nostalgia. The Throwback Thursday theme, with the Valerie Tyson Band performing, celebrates the best hits of the different decades. Throughout the series talented local and regional bands are scheduled to perform. Adding to the fun is a rotating lineup of food trucks and vendors offering bites that match the vibe of the night.
