Playball 2025, being held this year on July 11 from 10 am to Noon, is an exciting day of baseball and softball action for boys and girls of all ages. The Recreation and Cultural Arts Department hosts the Mayor’s Play Ball Summer event each year in conjunction with the United States Conference of Mayors (USCM) and Major League Baseball. The event will be held at Flamingo Park, located at 1900 NW 122 Terrace. This free event, which promotes youth baseball and softball, will feature fun activities, music and food. There will be a Pitch, Hit, Run event with separate age divisions, as well as divisions for Beginners and Advanced players.
