The City of Pembroke Pines is ready for our fur friends and their owners to have a Bark-tacular good time at the Annual Pet Halloween Event. This year’s event will take place on Saturday, October 9, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at The K-9 Officer Craig Rupp Dog Park located at 9751 Johnson Street (just east of Palm Ave.).
There will be a costume contest for all sizes and different categories, games, prizes, and pet related vendors. For the costume contest, walk-ins are welcome or applications can be completed in advance to participate. Categories include Best Family Costume, Funniest Costume, Scariest Costume, Cutest Costume and Most Original Costume. Miss Bow Wow Ween 2021 will also be crowned on this special day. The winner will receive a crown and sash, along with a prize basket valued at over $100.
