Due to an overwhelming response the time and place has been changed -- The annual holiday tradition of the Holiday Open House held at the Carl Shechter Southwest Focal Point Community Center is different this year, but it will still put everyone in the holiday spirit. Pines residents are invited on Thursday, December 10, 2020 from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm to enjoy outdoor holiday lights, displays, holiday music and much more from the comfort and safety of their vehicles at the Charles F. Dodge City Center located at 601 City Center Way. Santa will be there to greet everyone and will be passing out free holiday party favors to the youngsters. His elves will be handing out plenty of candy canes and each car will be given a bag of holiday cookies to enjoy. This is a free event, open to the public, and treats will be provided on a first come-first served basis while supplies last. Please do not step out of your vehicles and wear masks if windows are lowered.
