Attention Pembroke Pines Residents Regarding Garbage, Recycling and Bulk Pick Up Related to Tropical Storm Isaias: Due to the uncertainty regarding the path and intensity of the Tropical Storm Isaias which is currently heading towards South Florida, GARBAGE, RECYCLING AND BULK PICK UP have been cancelled for Saturday, August 1, 2020.
GARBAGE AND RECYCLING SERVICE MISSED ON 8/1/2020:
Residents who do not receive service on 8/1/2020, will receive pick up on their next regularly scheduled pick up day- 8/5/2020 for garbage and 8/8/2020 for recycling. It is not possible to schedule a “make up” date for missed garbage and recycling service.
BULK SERVICE MISSED ON 8/1/20:Those residents scheduled for bulk service on Saturday, August 1, 2020- Zone 10- Turnpike west to 72nd Avenue, Pembroke Road north to Pines Blvd., will begin receiving bulk service, weather permitting on Monday, 8/3/2020. This make-up date for bulk service will result in our sanitation hauler servicing two Zones on Monday- Zone 10 and Zone 1. This will definitely cause a delay in completing both zones on Monday and we ask for residents’ patience while Waste Pro works to complete both bulk zones as quickly as possible.
