Youth Sports

Most of our youth sports programs are provided in partnership with various not for profit optimist clubs and the City. Please see the Optimist Clubs page for further information on baseball, softball, football, cheerleading, rugby, track, and soccer.

The City also has it's own soccertennis, and swim programs.

Facilities

The City of Pembroke Pines provides one of the most sought-after youth athletic programs in South Florida. Currently, our park system includes:

  • 39 Baseball/Softball Fields
  • 19 Football/Soccer Fields
  • 25 Outdoor Paddleball Courts 
  • 19 Outdoor Basketball Courts
  • 46 Tennis Courts
  • 51 Pavilions and/or Gazebos
  • 23 Batting cages
  • 26 Children's playgrounds
  • 1 Inline hockey rink
  • 7 Swimming Pools
  • 3 Recreation Centers (Hall Rentals)
  • 2 Fitness Centers
  • 2 Dog parks
  • 1 Golf course
