Pembroke Pines Environmental Services is committed to meeting all current and future water quality standards. Our mission is to provide high-quality drinking water to our customers. Water Quality Reports

To protect Public Health and satisfy public's right to know about local environmental information, the EPA established the requirement that water suppliers must provide annual water quality information to their customers. This information will be specially beneficial to new residents and people planning to move in the city of Pembroke Pines. 

Environmental Services is providing its residents with its annual water quality report. The report explains water source, how water is treated, contaminants detected, and how it compares to standards set by regulatory agencies:

Water-Related Emergencies

To report emergency, after hours, please call 954-986-5011.  Personnel at the Water Plant operate the plant 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide top quality water to every tap.

Helpful Tips
In the unlikely event of a water emergency, boil drinking water until further notice. Boil water vigorously for three minutes. Improve taste by pouring from one vessel to another several times. Stay tuned to television and radio for announcements.
