Pines Athletic Club

The Pembroke Pines Athletic Club (PAC), as part of the Recreation Department of the City of Pembroke Pines, offers a wide range of fitness, sports activities, programs and special events.  PAC strives to provide a variety of programs, activities and events that enhance the quality of life and promote the physical, mental, and social well being of the youth of our community.The Pines Athletic Club is for boys and girls ages 6 to 17. Membership is $40.00 per year. Tae Kwan Do

10 weeks June 9th -August 15th, Ages 7-14
$100/Week - Includes Field Trips, Sports, Arts and Crafts, Games and Swimming

Schedule of Programs

Tae Kwon Do – Learn traditional Tae Kwon Do, self-discipline, and respect. Boost self –esteem and get in shape.
Tuesdays and Thursdays – 6:00 to 7:00 PM – Beginners, 7:00 to 8:00 PM – Advanced

Boxing – Learn self defense and self confidence. Compete in amateur bouts. Build self-esteem and get in shape. Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays – 5:00 to 6:00 PM – Beginners, 6:00 to 7:00 PM – Advanced

Basketball – Improve your basic skills and learn the fundamentals of basketball. Play with friends or compete with our travel team.

Basketball Clinic - Monday and Wednesdays – 5:30 to 7:00 PM – Open to all ages and skill levels. The Clinic will focus on individual skills and improving as a player.

Travel Basketball Team – Tuesday and Thursdays – 5:30 to 7:00 PM – The travel team competes in area USSSA and AAU tournaments. All members must tryout and be picked for the team. Additional Fee required. Please call for more information.

Camps – Winter, Spring Break, and Summer Camps. Camp is held Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM. Boys and Girls ages 7 to 14 years of age. Field Trips, Movies, Sports, and Team Building Exercises. Additional Fee required.

After School Program – Boys and Girls ages 6 to 14. Pick up from school. Early Release Days and Kids Days Off available. Additional Fee required.

Youth Leadership Program – High School Attendance Required. Boys and Girls ages 14 to 17 years of age. Earn school service hours while helping our community. Community service projects, Civic responsibility, etc.
