About City Center

Pembroke Pines City Center is a master planned mixed-use community within the City of Pembroke Pines, Florida. The project site is bound on the north by Pines Boulevard, on the east by Palm Avenue, on the south by the Washington Street right-of-way; located east of Hiatus Road. The site is adjacent to the City of Pembroke Pines City Hall. The City has been aggressively marketing City Center and has already sold +/- 38 acres for residential development. Approximately 38 shovel acres remain available for development. In addition, City Center is home to our iconic clock tower, Veterans Memorial and 911 Memorial.

Residential Development
City Center has two multi-family projects underway. Modera Pembroke Pines consists of 700 rental units over 27 acres. The project is being developed in two phases by Mill Creek. Phase 1 of Modera has already begun leasing. Related Pembroke Pines has proposed developing 365 rental units on 11 acres. The project should break ground in early 2014.

Additional units are still available. Per the land use, 50 multi-family units and 250 workforce high-rise units can still be developed.
