Pembroke Pines City Center is a master planned mixed-use community within the City of Pembroke Pines, Florida. The project site is bound on the north by Pines Boulevard, on the east by Palm Avenue, on the south by the Washington Street right-of-way; located east of Hiatus Road. The site is adjacent to the City of Pembroke Pines City Hall. The City has been aggressively marketing City Center and has placed all of the acreage under contract.
