Bright Beginnings
About Us
Early Development Center, Bright Beginnings, is located at 901 N.W. 129th Avenue (next to Walter C. Young).  We implement the creative curriculum which helps teachers at all levels of experience build the comprehensive knowledge base necessary for preparing all children to succeed in school-and in life.  We offer trained, qualified and credentialed staff.
Staff Members
The staff has been carefully selected. They are here to guide and encourage children to reach their full potential intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically.

Everyone on staff has completed a 45-hour in-service training. This training familiarizes staff with regulations and safety precautions observed in early childhood learning centers. The staff has undergone a background screening and fingerprinting process, which is monitored by the Department of Children and Families and Childcare Licensing and Enforcement.

As part of their continuing education, all staff is required to attend 10 hours of in-service classes during the school year. We welcome your suggestions and offer our knowledge to help you make this important decision about selecting a quality early childhood learning program. We hope to see you and your child soon!

We offer a wide variety of hands on activities and educational experiences that align with curriculum and themes.

Our curriculum includes cooking, computers, music and movement, listening centers, science, math, physical activity and art.

Our children participate in many in-house events through-out the school year including: Holiday Costume Parade, Thanksgiving Feast, Cookies with Mrs. Claus, Bike Rodeo, Muffins with Mom and many more!

We proudly offer the Florida Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten Program (VPK).  The VPK program is designed to prepare Florida's children for Kindergarten and develop the skills they need to become good readers and successful students.  It includes standards for literacy skills, strict accountability, appropriate curriculum, substantial instruction periods, manageable class sizes and qualified teachers!
Children must be 4 years old on or before September 1st.  You must obtain a voucher from Family Central.  For more information, click on the link provided.
