Transitional Independent Living (TIL)
Brown's Harbor, a wholly owned subsidiary of Children's Harbor is located at the Howard C Forman Campus in Pembroke Pines; a unique housing program for transitioning youths ages 18-23. Brown's Harbor evolved from an extraordinary collaboration between partners who are all focused on one goal - to help foster youths bridge the gap from dependence to independence.
