On August 10, 2010, the Broward County Board of County Commissioners unanimously passed a Code of Ethics that governs many aspects of how County business is conducted. The Commission approved the Code of Ethics in its entirety, as presented by the Ethics Commission.

The City Manager stands as the vital link between the Mayor, the City Commission, and the various City departments.

This link is being provided for the Broward County Government which is comprised of more than 50 agencies, including Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, Port Everglades, mass transit (BCT), human services, and regional parks, libraries and waste facilities.

The Building Our Future Program is being financed with General Obligation Bonds (G.O.) as passed by referendum in March, 2005. These projects were originally appropriated in the 2004-05 and 2006-07 budgets...See page 14 also of Budget for fiscal year 2012.

Disclosure Document Search
This searchable database includes documents that disclose Commissioner activities related to campaign fundraising for other candidates, charitable contribution fundraising and outside/concurrent employment.

 

Lobbyist Information
The list of City of Pembroke Pines registered lobbyists is maintained in this searchable database. The City of Pembroke Pines requires that all lobbyists register, regardless of whether they receive compensation for lobbying.
