  1. CELEBRATING OLDER AMERICANS MONTH

May 1, 2018, 8:00 AM - May 31, 2018, 2:00 PM @ The Carl Shechter Southwest Focal Point Community Center Campus

Each May, the nation celebrates Older Americans Month to recognize older Americans for their contributions and provide an opportunity to celebrate what getting older looks like today. The 2018 OAM theme, ENGAGE AT EVERY AGE, emphasizes that you are never too old (or young) to take part in activities that can enrich your physical, mental and emotional well-being! A listing of all activities and events for Older American’s Month will be available in May at the Activities Desk.
