KatzPembroke Pines, FL…October 19, 2017…Year round the City of Pembroke Pines Recreation and Cultural Arts Department offers cultural arts classes for children, teens and adults. Regardless of skill level, classes will satisfy the need for and perhaps inspire greater creativity. Advanced registration is necessary. Payment in cash and/or check only. Some classes are subject to a nonresident fee.
